About

Name: Jubilation Lee (aka Jubilee)
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Species: Mutant
Abilities: Generates bright bursts of multi-colored energy plasmoids from her fingertips. She refers to these globules as "fireworks." The globules obey her mental control, traveling where she directs them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding wherever she wishes. The strength of the energy varies in degrees of power and intensity, and can range from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a powerful detonation capable of smashing objects and destroying property, or a precision burst inside a human brain, simulating the effects of a massive stroke.
Marital Status: Single

Family: Both parents are deceased.

Personal History: Jubilee was born in Beverly Hills, California where she lived with her immigrant parents who were more than a little well off. She was an excellent gymnast who could have participated in the Olympic games, but her life came crashing down around her when her parents were murdered.

After their death, she was sent to an orphanage. Living in places like orphanages can often be so horrible that you would rather live on the streets, and that's just what Jubilee did. She fled and wound up living in a mall. It was there she discovered her powers one night during a stress related panic attack brought on by some security guards that were chasing her.

She began using her "fireworks" as a form of entertainment to obtain money from customers. That combined with the fact that she kept alluding them, didn't settle too well with security and they hired mutant hunters to capture her. She was rescued by a few of the X-Men (including Storm), and the other mutants sparked her curiosity enough to make her follow them.

Reverting back to her survival skills, she hid from the X-Men living on the outside of their organization but never actually stepping into it. That is until she met Wolverine.

After aiding him back to health post an attack made on him, she kind of latched onto Logan and he is the one who brought her to Xavier's Institute.

Personality: -She is a loner having lived the kind of lifestyle she did for so long, but Jubilee is a little ball of attitude and energy non the less.

-A bit of a mall rat she tends to ramble on in a butchered version of the English language.

-Rollerblading is one of her favorite things to do, and she often gets in trouble for blading through the school.

-She has a problem with ignorance and somewhat of a short fuse that tends to express itself in sparky goodness. Ooops?
